Our real estate administration and property management firm was founded in 1985 by Jaume Castellà, a graduate of the University of Barcelona, insurance agent and chartered property administrator, marking the beginning of a path dedicated to real estate property administration, the purchase and sale of real estate, the management of communities of owners and advice on real estate law.
For more than 35 years, Jaume has led the firm with a clear vision and an unwavering commitment to the satisfaction of our clients and homeowners’ communities.
Currently, David Castellà is in charge of running the firm with the same diligence and passion as his predecessor.
He has a degree in labor relations and law, and a master’s degree in international trade, with extensive experience in asset management and administration.
